Scam? FFO took my money and ran

Ordered this in November and it’s January and still have not received it - and I live in Wpg where it’s free local delivery. I have tried contacting FFO Two different ways and lodged a complaint with the shop app that processed the order and still heard nothing. No reply from Nick or anyone at FFO. Is the business even still running? Or is this just a scam at this point. I would still gladly take the hat if it got dropped off tomorrow Because I think it’s a great design. But at this point, I’ll be contacting my credit card to get my money back because this is beyond ridiculous.
